We’re committed to turning around inspection reports in 24 hours or less so that our clients can get started on learning about the home’s strengths and weaknesses before picking back up with final negotiations. Every inspected area of the home will be thoroughly explained, including any defects so that you know exactly what needs to be addressed with the seller. We also provide access to the innovative Create Request List™ (CRL)™ feature by HomeGauge.
The Create Request List™ (CRL)™
- The CRL™ is a user-friendly app that you can use to create an itemized repair and project request list directly from your inspection findings—which can then be combined with your real estate agent’s standard repair addendum
- Here’s how it works: simply choose to accept a defective component as is, or request for the seller to have the component repaired, replaced, or to provide reimbursement
- You can work on your request list at home or remotely, using your desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, or tablet
